Reporting And Progress

“Oasis Sainik School, a fully residential institution for Grades VI to XII, follows a robust assessment system designed to monitor and enhance student progress. The academic year includes four Periodic Tests and two Term-End Examinations, with detailed results shared in every student’s report card. These reports provide not only academic performance but also insights into each student’s co-curricular interests and achievements.
To ensure students are well-prepared, weekly tests are conducted as part of regular practice, helping them stay ready for the periodic and term-end examinations.
The school organizes Monthly Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), conducted both online and offline, on the last working Sunday of each month. These meetings are led by class teachers, where parents receive a comprehensive update on their child’s academic progress, subject-specific performance, and holistic development, including emotional and physical well-being.
Students meet with their teachers’ frequently each week in tutor groups. These sessions provide personalized academic guidance, mentoring, study skills development, and emotional support.
At Oasis Sainik School, a clear and structured communication framework governs student behaviour and conduct, fostering an environment of discipline, support, and continuous improvement.”
